Every Year, Shaftesbury Town Silver Band hold their AGM in the Band Hall.
During the AGM the Musical Director awards the following trophies:
- Green Stock Cup - for the Most Improved Player
- James Potter Cup - Person who does the most for the Band
- Rose Pike Award - Person who does their best
- Bill Hall Memorial Shield - Person most like to see in the Band Room.
